Sabre Fix PU Plus 2HR Construction Adhesive White
SabreFix PU Plus 2HR is an advanced single component polyurethane-based construction adhesive. This powerful transparent adhesive is developed especially for the construction industry and will bond most types of construction materials including timber (damp and dry), concrete, brick, metals, plasterboard, MDF, particleboard, fibreglass, polystyrene, and many other porous and non-porous substrates.
SabreFix PU Plus 2HR is highly chemical resistant and waterproof to DIN EN 204: D4 making it suitable for both exterior and interior applications. It also features a foaming penetration action which makes it ideal for bonding uneven or porous substrates as it will expand to fill surface cavities.

How to Use
Application Temperature+5°C until +35°C
Ensure substrates are clean, dry, and free of dust and grease.
It is essential that at least one of the components to be bonded is porous and contains moisture. Non-porous materials should be slightly abraded. Components must be bonded together within 40 mins of application. Slight moistening of substrates increases curing rate and gap filling characteristics as the adhesive foams up to penetrate the bond cavity.
Press or clamp the parts/joints together for at least 120mins to ensure final bond strength. Components may be moved 2 hours after bonding.

Delivery and Delivery Charges
Hardware & Handles NZ Ltd uses a $9.75 freight charge for all guest checkout orders within New Zealand.
For trade customers freight will be calculated and added after checkout.
Delivery times vary depending on the destination, but the vast majority of all our orders have reached our New Zealand customers within 1-3 business days of order.
Orders made by customers for delivery addresses outside New Zealand will not immediately be charged; we will instead collect the details of your order and get in touch with you to confirm delivery charges for your order to your country.
Because we pride ourselves on the speed of our delivery and do our utmost to despatch your order as soon as we possibly can, it is not possible to cancel or alter your order once it has been confirmed. However, once you have received your goods, we are happy to exchange them for you if you have changed your mind. For the purposes of such exchanges:
The goods being exchanged must be returned to Hardware & Handles NZ Ltd in the original, unopened condition.
Goods you get as a replacement must be of the same or lower value than the original purchase.
You must meet all postage costs for both the return of your original purchase as well as the despatch of the replacement goods.
Customers have the right to return any goods deemed faulty or damaged in transit for a replacement. The following conditions apply terms returned in these circumstances:
- Where goods are being returned due to a fault or damage, they must be in original condition.
- Where return is due to a fault, the customer must contact Hardware & Handles NZ Ltd within 7 days of receiving the product.
- Damaged items must not be signed for at the time of delivery and must be rejected - a new replacement will be sent as soon as possible.
Hardware & Handles NZ Ltd will cover the freight costs involved for the return and replacement of any faulty or defective goods.
