Overview
A high-performance wood glue specially designed for bonding difficult substrates such as melamine, particularly in cabinet making applications. Designed for application through a squeeze bottle in joinery and cabinet making assembly applications. Develops strong adhesion to a wide range of materials used in general woodworking.

Application
SabreBond TG88 is primarily designed to be used by squeeze bottle. Dilution is not recommended. Ensure substrates are free form oils dirt or grease.
Woodworking
Timber moisture content should be between 10% and 14%.
Limitations
• Ambient and timber temperatures should be above 15°C. Best results are obtained when operating in the temperature range of 18-23°C. • Apply enough adhesive to ensure the glue line is fully covered and wet-out when surfaces are pressed together. • Do not use below 10°C. • Not suitable for exterior or load bearing applications. • Adhesive should be applied as a thin, even coating to one surface only. Parts should be combined, while the adhesive is wet, using good even pressure; 200-900 kPa (30 to 130 psi) is recommended. • Parts should be clamped for 3 to 4 hours and will reach full strength in 24 to 48 hours, depending on the moisture content of the timber, ambient temperature and humidity.

Delivery and Delivery Charges
Hardware & Handles NZ Ltd uses a $9.75 freight charge for all guest checkout orders within New Zealand.
For trade customers freight will be calculated and added after checkout.
Delivery times vary depending on the destination, but the vast majority of all our orders have reached our New Zealand customers within 1-3 business days of order.
Orders made by customers for delivery addresses outside New Zealand will not immediately be charged; we will instead collect the details of your order and get in touch with you to confirm delivery charges for your order to your country.
Returns
Because we pride ourselves on the speed of our delivery and do our utmost to despatch your order as soon as we possibly can, it is not possible to cancel or alter your order once it has been confirmed. However, once you have received your goods, we are happy to exchange them for you if you have changed your mind. For the purposes of such exchanges:
The goods being exchanged must be returned to Hardware & Handles NZ Ltd in the original, unopened condition.
Goods you get as a replacement must be of the same or lower value than the original purchase.
You must meet all postage costs for both the return of your original purchase as well as the despatch of the replacement goods.
Customers have the right to return any goods deemed faulty or damaged in transit for a replacement. The following conditions apply terms returned in these circumstances:
- Where goods are being returned due to a fault or damage, they must be in original condition.
- Where return is due to a fault, the customer must contact Hardware & Handles NZ Ltd within 7 days of receiving the product.
- Damaged items must not be signed for at the time of delivery and must be rejected - a new replacement will be sent as soon as possible.
Hardware & Handles NZ Ltd will cover the freight costs involved for the return and replacement of any faulty or defective goods.
